"Tomorrow evening, the historic Castello Brown in Portofino throws open its doors for a public event celebrating the town's long-standing love affair with the English — and unsurprisingly, it's already sold out. The evening blends music, politics, and history: British singer-songwriter Ceci Day performs an intimate acoustic set with just her guitar, followed by remarks from regional and local dignitaries, including a representative of the British consulate. The heart of the night is a panel discussion on "The English in Liguria," bringing together academics, historians, a documentary filmmaker, a collector, and the daughter of the British Consul General in Genoa — reflecting the deep ties between the Italian Riviera and generations of English visitors, from garden enthusiasts to artists. The evening closes on a poetic note, with a short film that uses artificial intelligence to bring historic photographs of Portofino back to life, offering a four-minute journey through the town's past."

7 January 2026 — Troubadour, London
Ceci Day headlined an intimate, fully acoustic show at London’s iconic Troubadour. The evening featured over an hour of original material, including fan favourites With Fire and Soho in July, alongside the unreleased Goodbye Sweet Sheridan, inspired by her upbringing across Wyoming and the UK. Sharing the evening with Seán Collins and Antonia, the night was characterized by close connection, storytelling, and a calm intensity carried by voice and guitar. Listen to Soho In July here.

With songs inspired by her rural Wyoming heritage (such as the beautiful so far unreleased 'Goodbye Sweet Sheridan'), Ceci put on a confident and assured show that belied her young years... with a beautiful voice that oozes class, Ceci writes interesting, quite wordy, songs (a la Taylor Swift) that require great breath control to be able to sing live.”
